Dr. Jigar Gor received extensive training under the esteemed Vaidyacharya, Vd. Shree Samir Jamadagni sir, in Pune, Maharashtra, adhering to the traditional Guru-Shishya (teacher-disciple) parampara. This mentorship significantly enriched his knowledge and expertise in Ayurveda.
With vast clinical experience as a consulting Ayurveda and Panchkarma physician, Dr. Gor has developed numerous Ayurvedic formulations known for their quality and effectiveness. His passion for Ayurveda is evident in his continuous efforts to leverage this ancient science for societal benefit, always striving to learn and grow within his field.
Dr. Jigar Gor is also a prolific writer, contributing a health column to the monthly Gujarati magazine “O’Jeevan.” Additionally, he regularly publishes articles in leading newspapers and Ayurveda magazines to raise awareness about Ayurveda.
An active participant in the 2nd World Ayurveda Congress in Pune, Dr. Gor is also a member of several professional organizations, including Ayurveda Vyaspeeth, NIMA, The Bhuj BAMS Association, and Ayurveda Patrika.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Jigar Gor is a compassionate and community-oriented individual. He has organized numerous free Ayurveda medical camps to serve those in need and has delivered health and awareness lectures on various topics for the betterment of society.
In his personal life, Dr. Gor is known for his simplicity and love of nature. An avid photography enthusiast, he finds joy in capturing the beauty of the natural world and remains deeply connected to the earth. He also enjoys reading good books, which enriches his knowledge and provides inspiration for his work.
