Generally Fruit is available in the starting of Monsoon. Fruit Jambul is real Black beauty..! It contain very good medicinal qualities also.
The fruit has a combination of sweet, mildly sour and astringent flavour and tends to colour the tongue purple.
The fruit aggravates Vata dosha and Good to subside Pitta and Kapha Dosha.
Its reach source of Iron, a high source of V vitamin A and C. Its high source of Protein, Fibers and Calcium also. One can take it to increase Hemoglobin level. Fruit pulp acts on Liver, purifies Blood also. If consumed in excessive amount, the fruit can cause Constipation sometime. But in small quantities is good for your digestive system and digestive fire. Fruit pulp manage your Acidity and gives coolant effects. Wine and Vinegar is also made from fruit.
Powder of Bark is used in diarrhea. Gargles of Decoction of bark are effective in mouth ulcers. The decoction is used to wash wounds externally. The bark and leaves are used to control Blood pressure.
Seed of Jambul is widely used to control blood sugar level. Powder of seeds has good effects on Urinary systems. Seeds are mainly used in Ayurveda medications.
Leaves of Jambu tree is used in Gynecological problems like Menorrhagia, Leucorrhea, Urinary tract infection also. Its powder is used in women who are anemic.
