I found that nowadays so many people keep their food in deep fridge and consume it after long time. Some people just buy tinned food and consume them routinely.
That’s very bad concept according to Ayurveda. According to Ayurveda its “Paryushit Aahar”
Ayurveda says, a person should avoid over night food. May be you can smell n taste good of frozen food/tinned but they r not that nutritious as fresh food.
Such food doesn’t show any harmful effects instantly but it’s a root cause of so many diseases.
Fresh fruit and vegetables that are in season are the best, as if they are eaten raw and as fresh as possible, valuable nutrients are less likely to be lost.
